Cane (tool) and Empty Hand will be covered. \nThursday & Friday (9am-2pm) will feature Joe Robaina sharing his expression of SV Flow (SV + CaneFlow) Joe will be workiing with in-person Caners on enhancing their Flows and providing insights to the pracical self protection applications of every movement\, both Cane & Empty Hand. \nThis Immersion offered both in person and online\, provides Hands-on training with BOTH founders is tough to beat as you will experience first hand the details of one of the most comprehensive combative and movement based systems oin modern times. \nDuring this unique 4-Day Immersion Training\, not only will you enhance your Cane and empty hand self defense skills to the most effective levels\,  if you’re looking to teach it\, you will learn how to communicate and demonstrate the curriculum effectively and efficiently to those you serve. \n  \nIF YOU’RE NEW TO SOBREVIVENCIA and CANEFLOW \nBoth SV and CaneFlow  cover dynamic footwork/striking\, tactical strategy. locking\, ground survival\, gun\, knife\, and impact weapon defense strategies in movement based exercises\, templates\, and drills. They both emphasize peaceful conflict resolution and the the ability to escalate /deescalate as necessary.   The training is engrained in the nerve system\, so you can respond appropriately under the stress of an assault without being paralyzed by the fear and shock of the moment. \nBoth are a fun workout and stress reliever that appeal to all ages but especailly the over 50.
