I am interested in learning cane self defense. I am 63 and having knee replacement surgery Oct 16. After the surgery and rehab I would like to start training with the cane. My mobility should be pretty good. What is your opinion.

Right on Sir! We think it’s a great idea. ACSD is at its’ core, a five power shot system requiring little coordination or mobility.
We do emphasize developing power, speed, and accuracy and show you how to train for that (DVD 1). You have the option of home-study and/or visiting
our hdq. in sunny Miami, Fl. You may call 800-289-8188 for details. Thank you!

I live in Ft. Gibson, Ok. 74434, which is approx 50 miles east of Tulsa. I would like to know if there are any instructors in this area.

Stephen. we just switched over to SSL and there’s a few links that need to be updated. If you purchased the 52S you’re good to go. Just updated those.
