There are a total of six American Cane Self Defense DVDs. Our recommendation from a tactical perspective is to start with the Five 2 Survive online reality based cane self defense training. It's a much better value. It costs less and is focused to a greater degree on the tactical application of using your cane for self defense and this means you'll be prepared to defend yourself in a shorter period of time.
